Secondary Coating

The secondary coating consist of a tube of high modules plastic:

hydrolysis resistant polybuthylene terephtalate (PBT).

The tubes are completely filled with special jelly

Central Element

It is made of a material that is metalic or non-metalic

Stranding

Tubes and plastic fillers are stranded around the central element

Filling

The interstices between the cable elements are filled with special

jelly to prevent water penetration inside the cable

Core covering

The core covering consist of at least one layer nonhygrscopic

tape,applied longitudinally with an overlap.

Waterblocking

Waterblocking Aramide yarns or waterblocking tape are applied

over the cable core .

Inner Jacket

Black extruded polyethylene sheath.

Armouring

The armour consist of coated and corrugated steel tape,applied longitudinally

with an overlap.

Hot-melt applied to the between over of inner sheath and corrugated

steel tape per meter to waterblocking.

Outer sheath

Extruded polyethylene sheath

Cable Marking

Length marking and printing may be according to customer's

specification on the sheath

The embossing on the sheath also possible

Packing

On wooden drums and covered with battens completely

To prevent ingress of moisture the cable ends are sealed by

an approved method
