leader company in the field of electrification and
telecommunication in TURKEY. The factory and General Management of
TÜRKKABLO A.O. are located in Beyköy - DÜZCE / TURKEY.
The company was founded in
1963 by ETİBANK ( TEK Turkish Electrical Authority in 1963), NOKIA
( Finland ) and
KAISER ALUMINIUM ( USA ).
The company is a subsidary of ÖZDİL
GROUP since 1999, a leading group specialized in electricity and
telecommunication construction and manufacturing in TURKEY and
abroad.
TÜRKKABLO A.O., is
the leader and the first company who produced all aluminium and
steel reinforced aluminium conductors according International and
Turkish Standards for the need of high and medium
voltage transmission overhead lines and low voltage distribution
lines in the field of electrification in TURKEY since
1965.
TÜRKKABLO A.O. is
keeping the leadership in the field of electrification in
TURKEY by producing self supporting ABC cables ALPEK ®
with plastic insulated aluminium conductors for low voltage
distribution overhead lines since 1971 and low voltage underground
power cable with aluminium conductors ALVINAL®
since 1974.
In 1972, a continuous rod casting
system whose capacity 18.000 ton per year was installed for
increasing aluminium factory capacity for to meet the
aluminium conductors need of Turkey electrification and
export possibilities.
TÜRKKABLO
A.O. is the leader and the first company who
produced plastic insulated telephone cables with copper conductors
according to International and Customers Standards for the
need of Turkish Telecom since 1973.
The fiber optic underground and aerial telephone cable production
began in 1993; fiber optic ground wire( OPGW ) and all
dielectric self supporting fiper optic cable (ADSS) for high
voltage overhead lines system in 2000, parallel to the
improvement of communication technology in the field of
telecommunication
The production is performed by 150
skill engineers, technicians and employees in its factory
wich have 60,000 m2 total and 22000 m2
covered area.
