General Management and Production Facilities of TÜRKKABLO are located in Derince-İzmit(Kocaeli) Turkey where production and sales of electrification and telecommunication cables have been continuing since 1963.

TÜRKKABLO is the first company who produced STEEL REINFORCED and ALL ALUMINIUM transmission and distribution overhead conductors in electrification field (1965) and contributed a lot to the electrification of almost 40.000 villages.

TÜRKKABLO carried on the leadership in this field by commencing the production of ALPEK ® (1kV insulated aerial power cables) in 1971, ALVİNAL® (1kV insulated underground power cables) in 1974 and VİNAL® (1kV copper underground power cables) were added to product profile in 1976.

In TELECOMMUNICATIONS cables field, TÜRKKABLO was again the first company who introduced plastic insulated telephone cables to fulfill the need of Turkish Telecom and other institutions (1973).

Following the development in the field, OPTICAL FIBER CABLE production has been started in 1993.

In 1996, TÜRKKABLO started to install, self produced metal free Optical Fiber Cables in ANTALYA, ARDAHAN, BARTIN, BOLU, IĞDIR, KARABÜK, KARS, KASTAMONU, MERSİN, ZONGULDAK.

T-Kablo is a wholly owned subsidiary of TÜRKKABLO and operates in energy and telecommunication projects and contracting. After TÜRKKABLO accomplished city telecom network installations projects of ADAPAZARI and KONYA in a 5 year contract with Turkish Telecom, T-Kablo is undertaking the same projects for ANTALYA, BARTIN, BOLU, KARABÜK, KASTAMONU, KAYSERİ, MERSİN, ZONGULDAK (since 1997).
